New Business:
–Membership Drive.
–Thank you to our new committee coordinators! (Jennifer Bodine, Hawkfest Coordinator. Lisa Anderson, Silent Auction Coordinator. John Sloas, Science Coordinator. Sarah Rodriguez, School Spirit Coordinator. Aileen Earl-Wood, Membership)
–Fundraising Committee sign ups
–Vote on $2,000 for after school science programs, and a science expo.
–Vote on $2,000 for music program (Christal Biasel will teach 5th-6th graders, and Sylvia Sloas will teach 1st-2nd and 3rd-4th, 2 afternoons a week for 6 weeks per session. Price is $500 per session).
–PTA 08-09 Budget
–PTA 08-09 Calendar of Events
–Discuss School newspaper 5th-8th
–Discuss financial commitment to technology advancement from the Walk-A-Thon (Rhonda Corippo has asked for $700 per classroom)
